The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to assist SHA in all aspects of litigation defense and dispute resolution with respect to construction contract dispute arising out of infrastructure work in Yesler Terrace.  Representation to potentially include litigation, mediation, arbitration and other similar alternative dispute mechanisms.
