This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued by the Port of Whitman County, Washington (Port). The purpose of this notice is to invite firms to submit proposals to the Port to provide various services under its recently awarded FY23 Brownfields Community-Wide Assessment Grant (Grant) from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This solicitation is being issued in part to comply with Federal and State procurement standards including, but not limited to, 2 CFR 200 and 1500 as well as 40 CFR 33.
