Project: CheckPoint 1 Relocation – Seatac International Airport 

Bid Due Date: Tuesday, April 4, 2023 @ 2:00 PM

Estimated Contract Value: $13,000,000.00

Description of Work:  This project will construct a new five lane Security Screening Checkpoint on the Baggage Claim Level, relocate baggage service office, and upgrade finishes,  On the Bridge Ticketing levels, the project will provide new glass barricades, enclose a new mechanical room, and upgrade existing stair to code. Existing Checkpoint 1 will be removed with equipment relocated. Upgrades to three elevators and replace one elevator.

Subcontractor/Supplier Opportunities Include (But not limited to):  Demolition, metals, thermal & moisture protection, doors, drywall, painting, floors, accessories, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical.

This is a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) project.
