The Sunnyside Division Board of Control requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from engineering firms with demonstrated expertise in design and construction management related to re-regulating reservoirs within a large canal system.  The successful firm will 1) locate a suitable site 2) prepare construction documents and 3) have construction management responsibility for implementing this project.  The reservoir to be constructed must work within an existing automated canal system that currently has 3 reservoirs and 30 check structures all connected to a SCADA system.
