This is a 69,980 SF 2-story structure for Wenatchee Valley College for the Center for Technical Education and Innovation that is comprised largely of steel, masonry and concrete and includes classroom space as well as lab space for mechatronics, automative, welding, machining, refrigeration, natural resources, agriculture, computer technology, greenhouses, etc.

This is a Prevailing Wage project.
