Whatcom Co; Bid #24-20, Courthouse Block 1 Envelope Repairs

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance/Purchasing at their office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:

Whatcom County Courthouse – Block 1 Envelope Repairs

UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday, April 16, 2024

At which time and place the bids will be publicly opened (virtual via Zoom) and read aloud. All bidders and any other interested people are invited to watch the live bid opening via Zoom. Late submittals will not be considered.

Whatcom County AS-Facilities Management requests bids for the Whatcom County Courthouse – Block 1 Envelope Repairs project, located in Bellingham, Washington. This project includes EIFS repair and refinishing, flashing replacements, sealant replacements, reroofing, mechanical unit replacement, communications antenna replacement, and other work, as further described in the bid documents.

Pre-bid walkthroughs are recommended, and are scheduled for Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 10:00 AM, and Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 10:00 AM. Interested parties will meet at the Whatcom County Facilities Management building, 316 Lottie Street, Bellingham, WA 98225. Award will be made to the lowest qualified bidder. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities.
