Creation of hockey locker/team rooms in south part of main bldg @ existing location
of Cedar and Birch Room. Five (5) new team rooms with restrooms and showers.
Demo work: interior stud and masonry walls, interior finishes, partial exterior south
wall, windows south wall, and roof (partial demo) for new ducts. New work
includes: slab on grade, CMU and metal stud walls, VRF and HVAC systems,
finishes, doors and windows, and plumbing fixtures, electrical.
