Public notice is hereby given that the City of Kirkland has issued the above-mentioned Request for Proposals (RFP). This RFP is to solicit proposals from multi-disciplinary design firms interested in assisting the City in the review of its design review process and providing guidance for compliance with HB 1293. The Consultant would also help the City in updating and streamlining the current design regulations and guidelines.
