DES is hosting a session for businesses to help provide industry knowledge and input to help DES prepare an upcoming Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment and Maintenance (EVCEM) Contract.

This is a great opportunity especially for small, veteran and minority businesses to provide their input for how a state solicitation can be accessible for them to bid on. We understand respond to Requests for Information (RFI) can be time-consuming and burdensome for businesses, this session will go beyond the RFI and provide an opportunity where businesses can speak directly with the contract specialist developing the solicitation as they draft the RFP.
