We are excited to invite small businesses to get certified for FREE in the state of Washington! While this period is temporary, we are pursuing sustainable solutions to eliminate certification fees long-term.

New Applications - FREE

DBE or ACDBE program

• $25 for all structure types (Fees waived through June 30, 2025)

SBE program

• No fee

State program (MBE, MWBE, WBE, CBE, or SEDBE)

• $50 for a Sole Proprietor (Fees waived through June 30, 2025)
• $75 for a Partnership (Fees waived through June 30, 2025)
• $100 for an LLC (Fees waived through June 30, 2025)
• $100 for a Corporation (Fees waived through June 30, 2025)

If applying for a new DBE or ACDBE with a new state certification at the same time, the total fee is $25 for both.

Annual Updates - FREE
