New two story building with a canopy covered exterior space. Two main staircases will provide access to prospective students and families and the another to be utilized for service access and deliveries.
The Building Envelope is being designed to exceed the WA State Energy Code and meet the enhanced envelope performance criteria. Building cladding will comprise of a mix of fiber cement panels and pre-finished metal panel.
Glazing will be concentrated in primary public zones including the cafe, lobby and entries with operable in select locations. Welcoming space for students to gather, interact, and receive support for a full experience on and off campus.
