Join APEX at this Hybrid workshop and Q&A Session Hosted by the City of Tacoma’s Community and Economic Development Department  

As part of its ongoing work to address disparities for historically underutilized businesses owned by minority, women, and socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, the City of Tacoma’s Equity in Contracting (EIC) team is hosting a workshop on technical assistance and resources available to small businesses The following items will be covered:

• An overview of the City’s EIC Program
• Business financing available through City of Tacoma
• An overview of Washington APEX Accelerator, which provides no cost, confidential, one-on-one technical assistance in all aspects of selling to federal, state, and local governments
• Technical assistance available to small business owners in underserved communities through Business Impact Northwest & Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA)
