The presentation will provide an overview of the benefits for requiring contracts be briefed and what needs to be included in a contract brief and an overview of provisional billing rates (PBR), the purpose of PBR's, and the procedures for establishing the rates.

Mr. Greger will be your guide.  He is the Small Business Program Manager and is located at DCAA Headquarters in Fort Belvoir, Virginia.  He serves as the program manager and audit expert for the small business program with responsibility to provide assistance, consultation and internal control with regard to audit requirements and their application to small business.
