Developing Successful Proposals Workshop (PTAC)

Developing Successful Proposals Workshop

The Government Marketplace is very competitive which makes it even more important to understand how to write a compelling proposal.  Successful firms which win public sector contracts approach proposal development using a repeatable process.

This is the third in a series of workshops PTAC developed for small businesses.

You will learn how to:

  •  Develop a winning outline for your response
  •  Design your proposal based upon the RFP
  •  Write effectively to sell your company’s offering
  •  Avoid common pitfalls
  •  Review and package your proposal for delivery

This workshop builds on the concepts provided in the Dissecting Proposals workshop.  Each student will begin the class with an RFP summary, a bid decision, and a schedule, allowing them to focus solely on the actual writing of the proposal. This is a great opportunity for established businesses to learn how to get ready to grow in the government procurement market.

Instructor Matthew Rhinehart, Principal for MastPoint LLC, has over 20 years of experience developing winning proposals for the government market.
