Increase your awareness of the opportunities for doing business with Tacoma School District.

The District purchases a wide variety of goods and services. Voters passed a $500 million Tacoma Public Schools construction bond in 2013 and several new school construction projects are planned over the next 4 years.

We are offering free training on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at the District Professional Development Center located at 6501 N. 23^rd Street, Tacoma, WA 98406. Training begins at 4:30pm, located in the QUAD Room. During these sessions, we will help you register to do business with us in the future.

Parking space is available and there are reader boards to guide you to the QUAD Room. Presentation(s) will take about 90 minutes and following there will be time for Q&A.

A representative from the City of Tacoma “Community & Economic Development, Keith Armstrong” will be a presenter, in addition Tacoma School District “Director of Purchasing, Steve Demel,” will discuss key tips to being a successful bidder on Tacoma School District Projects.

After our Q&A you will have the opportunity to meet with Prime Contractors to discuss upcoming projects for Boze ES, Birney ES and Grant ES.
