Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) has the same force and effort as law.
You will learn the Importance and Impact to you as the contractor in this class.
You will learn:
- Applicability
- Organization of the FAR
- Differences between a provision and clause
- Consequences for non-compliance with the FAR
You’ll get an opportunity to ask your detailed questions and get answers. Your instructor for this class is Terry Homburg, a retired federal Contracting Officer with 29 years of experience. He shares real life examples of what works and what does not work in government contracting.

Preparation: Come to class with a particular FAR Part 52 clause you'd like to discuss OR another part of the FAR of special interest to you. Terry will select 1 or 2 to discuss with the class.
