Join FORMA for our Project Specific Outreach Event. 

The project consists of restoring the southern portion of the Olympic Building on the Pierce College Fort Steilacoom campus. The demo and abatement were completed in a prior phase and under a separate permit. The previous mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems were removed during the abatement process and will be replaced entirely. The interior partitions and finishes were also removed and will be replaced entirely. The project includes replacing portions of the existing exterior envelope that have not been replaced in prior phases. Envelope improvements include providing batt insulation in existing exterior wall systems and providing new exterior wall and cladding assemblies at select locations on the building. A new addition includes an entry canopy and a 3-story elevator.
