Info Session on Transportation Equity - Office of Equity

On May 25, from 2pm ET – 3pm ET, the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) will host a virtual Info Session on Transportation Equity. Register here.

Done right, equitable transportation policy can help level the playing field. It can transform economies, connect people to opportunity and empower underserved communities to build generational wealth for the future.

During this event, you will hear from DOT leaders about our first-ever Equity Action Plan, released on April 14 as part of the Biden-Harris Administration’s whole-of-government equity agenda, and how the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law can help advance transportation equity.

In partnership with community leaders, State, Tribal and local governments, academia, businesses, and the traveling public, we at the Department of Transportation look forward to continuing the vital work outlined in the Equity Action Plan. We welcome everyone to join for this interactive conversation and submit questions ahead of the event. Register and submit your questions today!

Closed captioning and ASL interpreter services will be provided.

You can subscribe to receive these updates directly from DOT here.
