Interstate Bridge: Equity Roundtable Event

The Interstate Bridge Replacement program works to build a multimode bridge that will improve our transportation system, now and in the future. During Black History Month we have decided to have a roundtable panel discussion about the impact large infrastructure programs have had on Black communities throughout American history. The purpose of this event is to look back into history to find how we can do/be better in the present. Virtual seating will be limited to 40 participants (not including staff). The event will be live-streamed on the IBR YouTube and Facebook feeds. During the event, we will take two questions from the public. To ensure we center equity we are prioritizing Black media, social media, and podcast outlets along with Black community members.

This is a live Youtube event.
