Technology vendors and contractors are formally invited to the annual IT Vendor Forum on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at Seattle City Hall’s Bertha Knight Landes room. This event is put on jointly by the City of Seattle and King County’s IT departments. This is an opportunity for vendors to learn about the strategic vision and upcoming projects of both organizations. The event features a speed-dating type approach that gives attendees the chance to sit down and have brief conversations with IT leaders. Identical morning and afternoon sessions will offer more attendance options. • Please choose morning or afternoon session, not both.
• One session per company. No more than three representatives per company. We want to make sure everyone has access to our teams.
• Light refreshments will be served.

Morning session: Thursday, April 26th  9 a.m. – Noon

The format is as follows:
- 8:30 am: Doors open for registration
- 9:00 am: Speakers begin presentations
- 10-12 noon: Vendors rotate and speak with IT Managers, spending 7 minutes with each vendor to discuss agency needs and vendor expertise.

12 pm - 1 pm: Networking on site.

Afternoon session: Thursday, April 26th 1 – 4 p.m.

The format is as follows:
- 12:45 am: Doors open for registration
- 1 pm: Speakers begin presentations
- 2- 4: IT Managers will be open for speed networking. Vendors will rotate and spend 7 minutes with each IT manager.

For the first time, a networking session will be offered to attendees who stay after the morning session or come early to the afternoon session. Details after registration confirmation.
