Mercy Housing NW has awarded Dawson Construction, LLC, the Barkley Family Housing project located in Bellingham at 2412 Rimland Drive. Mercy has set some exciting and ambitious WMBE, Section 3 and Apprenticeship participation goals. We are excited to host a virtual outreach event on May 11 at 2pm.

• COB Section 3 Participation Goal: 10%
• Women and Minority Busines Goal: 20%
• Apprenticeship: 15%

The project is approximately 95,000 SF with a concrete parking garage, and four stories of wood framing. The building will include a tenant space for a future Early Learning Center, community spaces and 77 residential units.
Construction is anticipated to start in July, and bid documents will be available on May 17th, with bids due on June 11. All scopes are being solicited for bids in this process.
