The Port’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program was established in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Therefore, as a public entity receiving federal funds, the Port has a duty to ensure that the program is being implemented, monitored, and administered according to the regulations. This training is designed for Primes and DBE firms to gain knowledge and understanding of the dos and don’ts of the Port's DBE Program. While this training is not mandatory, it is highly recommended that anyone working on or planning to work on a federally funded project completes this training.
