King County is delighted to invite you to our upcoming workshop on “Registering as a King County Supplier through the E-Procurement Supplier Portal”. We've designed this hybrid workshop to cater to both in-person and virtual participants. The main purpose of this workshop is to assist and guide participants through the process of registering as a King County Supplier. By the end of this session, attendees will be successfully registered as a King County Supplier.

Date: Thursday, November 9th, 2023

Time: 9:00AM – 11:00AM

In-Person Venue: Tabor 100, 7100 Fort Dent Way Ste 100, Tukwila, WA 98188. Free parking is available. Seating is limited to 20 people.

Virtual Platform: Zoom (Once registered, a separate email will be sent that provides the Zoom meeting link)

Preparation Checklist – Before attending the workshop, please ensure you have the following:

W-9 uploaded to your computer. You can access a fillable W-9 Taxpayer Identification form by visiting Forms - King County, Washington

OMWBE certification number (if applicable)

ALL NAICS codes that apply to your business. If you are unsure of which NAICS codes apply, please refer to the linked U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Table of Size Standards

For In-Person Attendees: Kindly bring your laptops for an interactive and hands-on experience

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to limited seating availability for the In-Person option; after registration, a separate email will be sent that either confirms your seat, or a waitlist notification for our next workshop on December 20th, 2023. If you are placed on the waiting list, you will be provided with the option to either switch to the virtual option or remain on the waitlist.
