UW Entrepreneurial Law Clinic - Virtual Consult - Corporate Law

Seattle Public Libraries offers free small business help in navigating intellectual property issues, or corporate law issues. *You do not have to have a Library Card or be a resident of the City of Seattle to sign up.

Together with the UW School of Law Entrepreneurial Law Clinic and pro bono attorneys, we will be hosting a free legal consultation session in the area of corporate law to answer questions from small business owners and nonprofits. Come with questions and consult with a volunteer attorney, who will share legal information and advice specific to your situation.

If you have any questions related to corporate law please sign up for a 30-minute consult to have your questions answered.

What to expect
At the beginning of your 30-minute consult, please give us a brief introduction about your business along with specific questions you need answered. If you would like more resources, please see a list of resources curated by UW School of Law Entrepreneurial Law Clinic.
