Voluntary Proposer Meeting - Portage Bay Bridge & Roanoke Lid Project
The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) and the SR 520 Program are hosting a hybrid (in person and online) Voluntary Proposer Meeting on February 9 for proposers, interested consultants and construction contractors to learn more about the upcoming Portage Bay Bridge and Roanoke Lid Project construction.
Attendees will have an opportunity to learn more about the project, hear status updates regarding the contractor procurement process and meet the three short-listed teams:
- American Bridge/Aecon, Joint Venture
- Skanska USA Civil West
- Kiewit/Stacy and Witbeck, A Joint Venture

Location: Hybrid/NWR Office in Shoreline, 15700 Dayton Avenue N, 2nd floor (rooms 257-259)
Getting there: Carpool and/or public transit is encouraged. Free parking is available at the front (west side) of the building.
