Meet Your Trainer:

Sandy Allbee serves as President and Chief Compliance Officer of BID Designs and has more than 20 years of experience in proposal, contract, and program management. She previously gained experience serving as a civilian at the Army Contracting Command (ACC) – Redstone. During her tenure at ACC, she supported many Government agencies and programs in the solicitation, review, and award of contract actions. Ms. Allbee holds a bachelor’s degree in Politics and a master’s degree in Public Administration. She is DAWIA-certified in Contracting and Program Management and is an honor graduate of the National Contract Management Association’s National Leadership Development program.

Brent Paris is the founder, owner, and CEO of BID Designs, a Huntsville, Alabama-based company that supports government contractors in proposal infrastructure support services.  The only company of its kind BID Designs supports clients nationwide with a unique blend of expertise and in-house employees working to ISO-based processes. Brent is a native of Huntsville and a graduate of the University of Alabama Huntsville with a BS/BA. He has spent his career in proposals starting with a small 8(a) company that grew and graduated and was eventually acquired by BAE Systems. This experience gave Brent a solid foundation of how companies operate at all stages of growth in business development and proposal development. Brent started BID Designs in 2006 after leaving BAE for a new career direction, and grew one sale at a time, today serving over 60 clients with a full-time world-class team, investing $1M annual salaries for the best proposal results rivaling the largest government contractors.
