Made possible by OMWBE, this workshop is back by popular demand! The Government Marketplace is very competitive which makes it even more important to understand how to write a compelling proposal. Long term success in the public sector requires a quality proposal development approach using a repeatable process.

You will learn how to:

•       Review Key Principles of Proposal Development (Bid/No Bid - Deliverables List – Burst)
•       Identify Key Win Themes (e.g., why YOU)
•       Develop Initial Bulleted Outlines
•       Write Proposal Sections
•       Review and Submit Your Proposal

This workshop builds on the concepts provided in the Dissecting an RFQ workshop.  Each student will begin the class with an RFP summary, a bid decision, and a schedule, allowing them to focus solely on the actual writing of the proposal.

This is a great opportunity for established businesses to learn how to get ready to grow in the government procurement market.  Space is limited. A recording will NOT be available in order to encourage maximum class engagement.
