Sealed bids are being requested by the Board of Regents of Washington State University, for the above referenced project.

 

Project Scope:

 

Remove existing gravel ballast and roofing system and install new roofing system at the EWU Center Building on the WSU Spokane Campus. Roofing area is approximately 38,000 sf. Detailed scope in Section 01 11 00. Construction duration is 120 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion. Bidders cost estimates for this contract MUST BE based on this contract time. Early completion schedules and/or costs based upon less than the calendar days stipulated herein will not be recognized.

 

Project located: 668 N Riverpoint Boulevard, Spokane, WA 99202                         

 

Bid Estimate: $900,000.00 to $950,000.00

 

Bids will be received prior to 2:00 p.m.; February 26, 2020 at Facilities Operations Office in the Center for Clinical Research and Simulation Building (CCRS), 412  E Spokane Falls Boulevard, Spokane, WA 99202. Proposals will then be publicly opened and read aloud South Campus Building Conference Room 310B.

 

A mandatory pre-bid conference for general contractors will be held at11:00 a.m. on February 12, 2020 at Facilities Operations Office in the Center for Clinical Research and Simulation Building (CCRS) Room 310B.

 

Parking on campus is enforced 24 hours a day, every day. It is bidder’s responsibility to obtain parking permits to attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and bid openings. Daily permit rates may be found at:  https://spokane.wsu.edu/facilities/parking/. Identify the meeting and project when obtaining the permit to receive appropriate rates.

 

Bid documents may be obtained at https://facilities.wsu.edu/facilities-services-capital/contractors/.  Contractors who would like to be included on the Planholder’s list shall either attend the pre-bid meeting or request to be added by emailing contracts@wsu.edu.
