Sealed bids are being requested by the Board of Regents of Washington State University, for the above referenced project.

 

Project Scope:

 

Apply slurry seal, re-stripe and paint at multiple parking lot locations on the Pullman Campus.  Alternates include locations at the Pullman Campus and Spokane Campus.  See Section 01 11 00 for complete scope of work. Project shall be substantially complete by August 2, 2020. Proposals must be based on this contract time. There is no dedicated address for the project site. Work will take place at several locations on the WSU Pullman Campus.

 

Project Address: Various locations within the Pullman Campus.

 

Base Bid Estimate:  $90,000.00 to $110,000.00

 

Bids will be received prior to 2:00 p.m.; Thursday, February 27, 2020 at Facilities Services, McCluskey Services Building, 2425 East Grimes Way, Pullman, WA 99164-1150. Proposals will then be publicly opened and read aloud in room 190D, McCluskey Services Building.

 

A mandatory pre-bid conference for bidding contractors will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at McCluskey Services Building, Room 190D. The pre-bid conference may be attended via phone by calling 669-900-9128 and entering conference ID 330 660 034 when prompted.

 

Parking on campus is enforced 24 hours a day, every day. It is bidder’s responsibility to obtain parking permits to attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and bid openings. Daily permit rates may be found at:  http://transportation.wsu.edu/TempFees.html. Identify the meeting and project when obtaining the permit to receive appropriate rates.

 

Bid documents may be obtained at https://facilities.wsu.edu/facilities-services-capital/contractors/.  Contractors who would like to be included on the Planholder’s list shall either attend the pre-bid meeting or request to be added by emailing contracts@wsu.edu.
