Enterprise Services intends to conduct a competitive procurement to establish and award Cooperative Purchasing Agreements (“Cooperative Purchasing Agreements” or “Contract(s)”), by specified contract category and geographic regions, for Washington state agencies, Oregon Cooperative Purchasing Program (ORCPP) Members, and other eligible purchasers to purchase certain specified sign support materials (“Sign Support Materials”), reflective sheeting (“Reflective Sheeting”), guideposts (“Guideposts”), and portable roadway signs and stands (“Portable Roadway Signs and Stands”) (collectively, “Traffic Signs and Supplies”).

Enterprise Services intends to award Cooperative Purchasing Agreements, by specified contract category and subcategory, for each of the following categories: 

• Sign Support Materials (Category 1), five (5) subcategories
• Reflective Sheeting (Category 2), twelve (12) subcategories
• Guideposts (Category 3), ten (10) subcategories
• Portable Roadway Signs and Stands (Category 4), four (4) subcategories.

Bidders may bid on any or all specified contract categories.
