100 Ballroom Lighting and Electrical Project

BIDS DUE: September 9th, 2025, at 1:00pm

Project Estimate: $450,000

Project Summary: The Project includes installation of lighting fixtures, replace tiles or complete grid ceiling, repair hard ceiling as needed in the 100 Ballrooms, to integrate seamlessly with the existing structure while ensuring all fire safety, wireless access points, assisted listening devices and HVAC systems are not compromised. See “Scope Of Work”

Project Location: 100 Ballroom A, B and C in the Spokane Convention Center located at 334 W Spokane Falls Blvd, Spokane WA

Notice to Bidders:

Bidding documents, including the form of contract, instructions to bidders, and the bid form are available to download via the District’s procurement portal located at https://spokanepfd.bonfirehub.com/login.  Bidders must complete a free new vendor registration.

Spokane Public Facilities District invites all interested bidders to submit bids via Bonfire (Euna) by September 9th 2025 at 1:00pm

Pre-Bid Meeting/Site Walk:

Interested bidders are invited to attend a site walk on Tuesday, August 20th at 2:30 PM. Registration is required. Please email Noel Standage at nstandage@spokanepfd.org no later than Monday, August 18th to confirm your attendance.

Note: This will be the only scheduled site walk due to events. No additional site-walk times will be available.

Bidder Responsibility:

To be eligible for the award, bidders must be able to provide evidence of the following:

  • Proper licensure and registration as a contractor in the State of Washington.
  • Not be precluded from bidding public works projects.
  • Be able to provide a payment and performance bond and insurance as required by the bidding documents.
