The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (Enterprise Services) intends to conduct a competitive procurement to award to establish and award Contracts for Washington state agencies and other eligible purchasers to purchase common electrical supplies – e.g., wire, conduit, breakers, switches, and electrical trim items, including LED lighting fixtures, controls, and smart controls.

Through the Contracts established by this solicitation, over six hundred Washington state agencies, cities, towns, counties, colleges, schools, airports, and other eligible purchasers may purchase basic electrical supplies to keep their facilities heated, lighted, and running properly.

Enterprise Services intends for Statewide Awards (up to 2) and Regional Awards (up to 36). Statewide and Regional Award bidders will be evaluated separately. Regional Awards are limited to bidders who qualify as a Washington Small Business and/or a Certified Veteran Owned Business. Regional Award bidders may bid for any of 6 Regions located in the State of Washington (and, entire State of Oregon if awarded bidder also provided a bid for State of Oregon (i.e., Region 7)). 

Vendors not registered in WEBS will not receive updates or amendments to the solicitation, which could disadvantage your bid. Once bid has posted, check WEBS for any solicitation amendments or updates as these may not be automatically emailed to you from your WEBS account.
