Interwest Construction, Inc. is requesting bids from subcontractors for various scopes of work for the 130th Avenue NE- Bel-Red Road to NE 20th Street project in Bellevue. 

Project Scope: This project provides for construction of roadway improvements of 130th Avenue Northeast between Bel-Red Road and Northeast 20th Street, including the construction of water main relocation, stormwater facilities, asphalt paving, bike lanes, bike buffer, traffic signal modifications at Bel-Red Road and 130th Avenue Northeast and at Northeast 20th Street and 130th Avenue Northeast, illumination, urban design features, landscaping, and sidewalks and other work necessary.

**This project has a DBE Goal of 16% and a Build America Buy America requirement.**
