The Kitsap County Division of Aging and Long-Term Care is requesting proposals for Washington state licensed mental health counselor or organization of licensed behavioral health professionals to provide home-based counseling and consultation services to individuals over the age of 60 years and their caregivers.  A Washington state licensed mental health counselor with chemical dependency certification is preferred.
