2024-006 Overhead Commercial Door Maintenance Services Bids Due: August 30th, 2024, 2:00 pm PDT
The Spokane Public Facilities District is issuing a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to qualified firms 
for the removal, replacement, installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial doors for 
Overhead Commercial Door Maintenance Services at each of our five facilities.
Notice to Bidders:
Spokane Public Facilities District invites all interested bidders to submit bids to Melissa 
Coulter, Project Administrator via https://spokanepfd.bonfirehub.com/login by August 30th, 2024.
Pre-Bid Meeting/Site Walk:
Interested bidders can request to walk the site the week of August 12th, 2024. Site-walks are not 
required for bidding.
Please register for the site walk no later than August 8th by emailing Melissa Coulter, 
mcoulter@spokanepfd.org.

Bidder Responsibility:
To be eligible for award, bidders must be able to provide evidence of the following:
•  Proper licensure and registration as a contractor in the State of Washington
•  Not be precluded from prevailing wage requirements
•  Be able to provide a bond for the Project
