2024-1010 Marine Terminal Security Gate Replacement

The Port of Olympia is Solicitating for bids for the replacement of our Marine Terminal main security gate and associated components. This project is funded wholly or in part by the U. S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Contractor & project must adhere to requirements of DHS and FEMA programs. The scope of work may include, but is not limited to, the following components to create a fully functional gate system. •Remove & Replace (2) 25' x 9' Galvanized Chain Link Aluminum Cantilever Gates & Hardware •Remove & Replace Gate Operators •Inspect all Electrical and Repair or Replace as Needed for Gate Openers •Saw Cut and Remove Asphalt •Prepare subgrade as needed •Lay new asphalt •Sawcut Control Joints and Safety Loops •Replace Microwave and Opticom Sensors •Epoxy Control Joints and Safety Loops •Install Conduit, Wire, Lights and Misc. Parts for 480V Flood Lights •Restripe Area and Install New Stop Sign with New WSDOT Post The facility must be secured at the end of each workday. See full ITB for details.
