2024-11025 Data Feed & Customer Information Improvements

Spokane Transit Authority (STA) seeks to partner with an agency on a fully developed and existing mobile transit trip planning application. The goal of this project is to improve customer experience through a mobile application that will enhance how both existing riders and individuals unfamiliar with STA’s bus system can navigate and use STA’s services. This project also aims to make improvements in customer experience as it relates to notifications regarding route detours and cancellations for fixed route bus service, and to improve customer experience for trip planning via mobile applications including enhanced prediction accuracy for bus arrival time. STA anticipates awarding a five (5) year Contract for performance of services. The Proposer may supplement its Proposal with Subcontractors, with the understanding the Proposer is responsible for all Work. Please read this entire RFP package before submitting your Proposal.
