The City of Olympia Public Works Department is currently seeking Statements of Qualifications for the following on-call services:

• General Engineering (Civil, Structural, Transportation, Traffic, Water, Sewer, Storm, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering: Project Management, General Survey and Construction Services)
• Environmental and Geotechnical Engineering

The RFQ document will be available for viewing on the Builders Exchange of Washington’s website under the City of Olympia – Goods and Services Category at www.bxwa.com by Monday, November 6, 2023.

The deadline for submitting Statements of Qualifications is Monday, November 20, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. Earlier responses are welcome. Only submittals emailed in a PDF format will be accepted.

Please email Heather Reed, Procurement and Contract Manager, at hreed@ci.olympia.wa.us with questions regarding this RFQ. Questions via telephone will not be accepted. All questions to this RFQ must be received by Monday, November 13, 2023, at 4:00 p.m.. Questions received after this date may not be answered. Questions will be answered via an addendum and posted on Builders Exchange of Washington website at www.bxwa.com. Firms shall verify number of Addendums on the Builders Exchange of Washington website prior to submission deadline.
