The City of Olympia Public Works Department is currently seeking Proposals and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified and interested vendors for the following services: 

• Citywide rectified digital color Infra-Red photography at three-inch pixel minimum ground resolution.
• LiDAR data collection, processing, and classification.
• Impervious Surface planimetric layers update.

The deadline for submission of proposals is Friday, March 29, 2024 by 4:00 p.m. Earlier responses are welcome. Only electronic proposals will be accepted.

City of Olympia in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and 78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d--4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federally-Assisted Programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award.

RCW 39.34 allows cooperative purchasing between public agencies (political subdivisions) in the State of Washington. Public agencies which have an active Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with the City of Olympia may purchase from City contracts.
