Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals for the Port of Longview 2024 Fender Pile Installation will be received by the Port of Longview until 10:00 a.m., September 10, 2024; bids will then and there be publicly opened and read aloud.

Pre-bid Conference and Site Tour:  A non-mandatory pre-bid conference and site tour is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on August 29, 2024 PDT.  Meeting will be held at 10 International Way, Longview, WA 98632.

Bidding Security:  Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Security Bond in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid.

Contact Information:  All questions are to be put into writing to the Port at cengebo@portoflongview.com. No oral answers will be binding by the Port.  Questions shall be brought to the Port’s attention by 5:00 p.m. on September 4, 2024.  Questions received after this date may go unanswered.
