Sealed bids are requested for this work.  The proposed work consist of (including all other necessary and appurtenant work) the following:  removal of existing roof in select areas and replacement with new for the process building at the District's Lakota Wastewater Treatment Plant; adding guardrails and new exhaust fans; replacing existing exhaust fans and roof drains with new; and modifying existing plumbing vents, heater flues, and existing HVAC equipment as necessary to install roofing.
