2024 Northside Alley Paving

The City of Yakima is inviting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing professional engineering design and surveying (as needed) services for the following FHWA Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program (CMAQ) project: 2024 Northside Alley Paving. Work will include grading, placing and compacting crushed surfacing, paving HMA for about 4500 LF of alleys; as well as some new concrete sidewalk, and concrete alley approaches. This is intended to be designed in 2024 and constructed in 2024.

 

SOQs shall be limited to ten (10) pages and shall include the following information: key personnel, firm experience with paving PS&E projects completed in the last five (5) years, familiarity with WSDOT standards, experience with federally funded projects, and past performance/references. Please submit three (3) copies of the Statement of Qualifications. Statement of Qualifications will be evaluated on a competitive basis using the above criteria. The City will score the received Statement of Qualifications and may conduct interviews.

 

SOQs shall be received at Yakima City Hall by 2:00 p.m., November 30th, 2023, to the Office of the City Clerk, 129 N. 2nd Street, Yakima, WA 98901.
