2024 Northside Alley Paving

The City of Yakima is inviting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing professional construction management, observation and administration services for the following Congestion Mitigation & Air Quality (CMAQ) funded project: 2024 Northside Alley Paving. Improvements include grading, crushed surfacing, HMA, sidewalk, concrete alley approaches, and related work. These improvements are intended to be constructed in 2024.

SOQs shall be limited to twenty (20) pages and shall include the following information: key personnel; firm experience with construction management; familiarity with the City of Yakima and/or other similar municipalities; familiarity with WSDOT/FHWA; and past performance/references. Please submit three (3) copies of the Statement of Qualifications. Statement of Qualifications will be evaluated on a competitive basis using the above criteria. The City will score the received Statement of Qualifications and will conduct interviews.

SOQs shall be received at Yakima City Hall by 10:00 a.m., July 16, 2024, to the Office of the City Clerk, 129 N. 2nd Street, Yakima, WA 98901. Questions regarding the SOQ should be directed to Robert Washabaugh, at (509) 576-6601, Robert.Washabaugh@yakimawa.gov.
