Sealed bids are requested for this purchase.  The proposed purchase consists of the following:  twelve (12) panel backplates with PLC controller and wireless modem, together with twelve (12) junction box enclosures to house intrinsically safe relays, to be built in accordance with the specifications and drawings included with the Contract Documents.
