Pre-Design Services Required for Project No. 2025-709: Technology & Engineering Center for Whatcom Community College in Bellingham, Washington.

Refer to the DES website for amendments to the published public notice and/or RFQ. It is the responsibility of the interested firms to track and obtain amendments.

To qualify for review, submittals are required to be uploaded to, and date/time stamped by FPS (Bonfire) prior to 2:00 PM PT on May 7, 2025.
