Project Description: The project improves media production spaces on the 1st floor of Discovery Hall (DISC) building on the University of Washington Bothell campus.  Work includes minor demolition, architectural finishes, sound dampening of existing mechanical equipment, electrical support for theatrical improvements, and theatrical equipment including a lighting grid and freestanding cyclorama.  This project also includes (3) add alternates.

Pre-Bid Site Meeting: The Project site is available for inspection by prospective bidders at a pre-bid site meeting and walk-through at 2:00 p.m. on August 25, 2025 at Discovery Hall, UWB Campus. Access to the project site is restricted. The meeting point will be at the main entrance of Discovery Hall, UWB campus. This will be the only opportunity for bidders to visit the Project site.
