METALINE FALLS LEHIGH WATERLINE IMPROVEMENTS

Electronic bids will be received by the PEND OREILLE PUD, through ProcureWare, the District’s online contracting portal at popud.procureware.com, until 12:00 p.m., Thursday, November 3, 2022 for the METALINE FALLS LEHIGH WATERLINE IMPROVEMENTS in Pend Oreille County.
2.Schedule 2 of the project consists of 1,752 LF of new 3”, 4”, and 6” HDPE water main and services. Mainline to be bored.
Availability of Bidding Documents: Bidding documents may be viewed and/or downloaded free-of charge at the following website: popud.procureware.com. In order to be added to the official plan holders list and ensure notification of addenda, bidders must register at popud.procureware.com. Bid security: All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier’s check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the Pend Oreille PUD.
Rejection of Bids: The Pend Oreille PUD reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities, and in its sole judgment, accept the bid which it deems is in its best interest. Additional bid acceptance and contract award provisions are specified in the Contract Documents.

This project is funded by a federal grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Washington State Community Development Block Grant program.
A pre-bid site visit will be conducted on Thursday, October 20, 2022 starting at 12:00 p.m., at the project site (City Park, S. Washington Avenue).
All contractors must comply with State of Washington and CDC Guidelines with reference to COVID-19.
Please submit questions regarding this project by way of ProcureWare. Questions will be answered through addendum to all bidders. Questions received after 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 may not be answered.
This project is funded/partially funded through the Washington State Community Block Grant (CDBG) program with federal funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
General contractors and all subcontractors must meet PWB requirements and provisions. All contractors shall be licensed to conduct business in the State of Washington.
