The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services is conducting a competitive procurement to award one (1) contract with a vendor to acquire, design, implement and maintain a comprehensive software technology solution to meet the following facility management needs:

• A comprehensive Asset Management Software System that will manage over 5.5 million square feet of diverse office, public, and historic spaces across multiple counties, including the Capitol Campus.
• A software system that will support Enterprise Services’ Buildings and Grounds division with a software solution that includes all elements of work order management.
• A software system that supports and implements a Capital Project Management technology system for management and reporting of project scopes, schedules and budgets.
