24-038QP - ON-CALL POWER APPS & SHAREPOINT SUPPORT
The City of Seattle, through the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT), requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide on-call technical support and development of Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint solutions, including but not limited to Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Project Description: This project will develop Power Platform and SharePoint Applications, including but not limited to:
- Power Apps for Web and Mobile Application Development
- Power Automate for Process or Workflow Automation
- Copilot Studio for Chatbots and Conversational Agents
- Power Pages for Secure, Data-Centric Business Sites
- Power BI for Data Exploration, Analytics and Reporting
- Modern SharePoint Sites
The scope of work also includes Project Management and development and documentation of standards.
Services for specific projects under this contract will be authorized by an executed Work Authorization (WA) with each WA negotiated between the consultant and the assigned Project Manager. Any such WA will clearly outline the project, scope, schedule, and fee. There is no minimum guarantee of work under this solicitation. WA services may be negotiated by a fixed fee lump-sum or based upon hours worked by consultant staff at City approved rates.
Each negotiated hourly rates contract is estimated to be up to $750,000 with an anticipated project schedule starting in the second quarter of 2025 and ending in the third quarter of 2028, with the option to extend it up to two (2) additional years.
SDOT reserves the right to retain the services of the successful firm for any subsequent phases (PS&E, CM) associated with this project.
Consultants must register with a free account at OpenGov, SDOT’s Procurement Portal (https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/seattle), to access solicitation documents, meeting links, and submit their response. A virtual pre-submittal meeting is scheduled for January 22 at 2:00 PM. Electronic submittals must be uploaded to OpenGov by February 12 at 5:00 PM.
