Contract description: The Department of Enterprise Services Print and Mail (P&M) Division is seeking a Contractor to produce and deliver employee service award pins.  The pins are created using a die cast provided by P&M using the seal of the State of Washington.  Pins are in a variety of metals including copper, bronze, silver, and gold.  A small number of pins include synthetic ruby, sapphire, and diamond stones.  The pins must come in individual hinged gift boxes.  The Contractor must provide quality pins, maintain the die cast required to produce the pins, and deliver the pins within a twenty-five (25) business daytime frame.
